Speaking Up with Jacelyn Meller

Lauren Paton
About this episode

This week my guest is Jacelyn Meller, co-founder of an engineering firm and fierce advocate for teaching the importance of STEM at a young age. We talk about how the thousands of tiny cuts can be more dangerous than one big one when it comes to sexism, her passion for education young kids on what it means to be in engineering and how she gets them excited for the future, and how important it is for us to speak up and speak out about our experiences.

About Jacelyn:
Jacelyn (Jas) is Director and Chief Commercial Officer at RPD. She's worked in Client Strategy across several large global multinationals (including Barclays Bank, Barclays Capital, Fidelity Investments Ltd and Sotheby’s) and bring this experience to her role at RPD.  She runs RPD in partnership with the CEO, leading business strategy, process structure, client practice, deal execution and team management.  Jas is particularly passionate about encouraging equality and diversity in the engineering world and has launched an education programme helping kids to get into STEM and change the world.

About me:
I'm the founder of Unleashed Coaching + Reprogramming where I helps female leaders in male-dominated environments liberate themselves from limitations, rewrite their subconscious programming and tap into their potential. I spent my previous career working in high-level strategic roles, at small but impactful tech startups through to global corporations like Amazon and Disney. Now I use my transformative blend of strategy and spirituality delivered through 1:1 or group clarity coaching, energy psychology, emotional healing and NLP, to help female leaders access the intricate layers of the subconscious mind so that they find the power to not only reach their goals, but surpass them.
