Is Olympic Bronze Better Than Silver? De...

Tanner clark
About this episode

Have you been watching the Olympics? We can't get enough of them. This week's episode of The Second of Strength podcast talks about why winning the bronze metal is "better" than winning the silver.

Now clearly, silver is the 2nd place and 2nd is better than 3rd right? Or is it? One study shows that that isn't actually true and people who get a bronze metal are actually happier than people who get the silver.

Why? Because of counterfactual thinking and a focus on "what might have been". This episode will help you shift the "what might have been" thinking to focus on "what is". The result is a happier you.
