Fear can creep in on you where you least expect itā¦..it can come in quick and fastā¦or slow and deepā¦.acknowledge the need to run and hideā¦to make it go awayā¦.to extinguish the fearā¦ā¦.But this timeā¦ā¦..I invite you to welcome it in so that you can be fearless gaining courageā¦.invite your fear and anxiety to come alongā¦. Invite it with you
The intention of todayās healing meditation is to explore fear so that you can face it and let it go.
Lets invoke: Calling forth your spirit, spirit guide and Angels to guide and help you face this challenge. Place your hands on your heartā¦bring to mind your own intentionsā¦.and so it is and so be itā¦
Drop into your breath ... .allow yourself a long slow inhaleā¦..long slow exhale ... ..as you continue to breathe search inside yourselfā¦. find the fear ... ..and the anxietyā¦wherever it may beā¦..Ā
Keep grounding the breathā¦ā¦ā¦feel the breath as it enters and leaves your bodyā¦.grounding you in the present momentā¦ā¦..PAUSE
Bring your attention to the sensations in your bodyā¦ā¦..Be aware of any tensionā¦.. and with each exhaleā¦ā¦release any tightness you may be holding ontoā¦ā¦..
Nowā¦ā¦..gently turn your attention to any fears or anxieties you may be experiencing.Ā
Without judgmentā¦ā¦ allow these emotions to surfaceā¦ā¦ā¦PAUSE
Picture them as clouds passing through the sky of your mindā¦ā¦..Moving from one side to the otherā¦easyā¦..freely and peacefullyā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦Ā
Observe them with a compassionate curiosityā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦PAUSE
As you continue to breathe deeplyā¦ā¦ā¦ imagine inhaling a sense of courage and exhaling any fears or doubtsā¦ā¦ā¦.
Visualize the courage filling your entire beingā¦ā¦ā¦ strengthening you from withinā¦.
PAUSE
Take a moment to scan your body from head to toeā¦ā¦ā¦ with each breath⦠release tension in different parts of your bodyā¦..PAUSE
Rest your hands beside youā¦in an air of giving and receivingā¦ā¦soften your eyesā¦above the eyesā¦..behind the eyesā¦ā¦drop your jawā¦ā¦..PAUSE
You are more and more relaxedā¦ā¦one with yourself⦠the spaciousnessĀ around youā¦the rhythm of your heart beatā¦ā¦be aware that you are breathingā¦..
Allow a wave of relaxation to flow through youā¦.. creating space for courage to take rootā¦..you are strongā¦.PAUSE
Bring to mind moments in your life where you demonstrated courageā¦ā¦. no matter how smallā¦ā¦reflect on these instances with gratitude for your inner strengthā¦ā¦Know that this courage is within youā¦ā¦ā¦always accessibleā¦..LONG PAUSE
Extend kindness and compassion to yourselfā¦ā¦.. Recognize that fear is a natural part of the human experienceā¦ā¦ā¦.PAUSE
Embrace your vulnerabilities with love and acceptanceā¦ā¦.
Breathe in the courage and feel it flow in through your heart and pump out your toesā¦..
Breathe in againā¦.let goā¦..
Carry the sense of fearlessness and courage with youā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦PAUSE
Remember that you have the power to overcome challengesā¦ā¦.. and you are not alone on this journeyā¦ā¦ā¦.LONG PAUSE
Ā When you are readyā¦ā¦.. gently open your eyesā¦ā¦.bringing the qualities of fearlessness and courage into the rest of your dayā¦ā¦ā¦PAUSE
May you move forward with confidence and a heart full of courageā¦ā¦.
