Charlee reviews chapter 10 from the Pediatric Morning Report book. The obstetric service is monitoring a 33-year-old G9P2071 pregnant female with a history of a prior pregnancy ending in intrauterine fetal demise at 8 months of gestation. A prenatal ultrasound performed at 29 weeks of gestation shows worsening anemia, as evidenced by an elevated peak systolic velocity (PSV) through the middle cerebral arteries.
