This week we have current Premier League midfielder and the king of set-pieces, James Ward-Prowse on the Fozcast! James is a bit of a Southampton legend, having been there since the age of 6 meaning he was there for over 20 years. He played over 400 games for Southampton, including 11 straight top-flight campaigns and two years competing in Europe. Last season, James moved to West Ham and played over 50 times in his debut season, including every league game and ten European appearances.

We talked to James about what it was like leaving the Saints after all that time at the club, and we look back on the experiences he had there such as working with Dave Watson, having Mauricio Pochettino and Ronald Koeman as managers plus Virgil Van Dijk trying to take free-kicks off him! We also ask James about his set-pieces and what the secret is to why he is so good at them...
