It's challenge o'clock! Our focus for the next 21 days? Becoming your best self through finding habits that are going to create the most balance and impact in your daily life.


The reason I wanted to throw you a challenge with varied habits, is because we often get stuck in the same routines and rarely stop to consider habits that are no longer serving us or experiment with habits that could make a world of difference in our day, week, and ultimately life!


The idea isn’t to adopt EVERY single thing you try, it’s to notice what really creates the most impact on your energy and overall enjoyment of life and consider making space for that in your routine - after all, these habits will be best felt after consistent use (now we are just finding them)!
