Ep 469 The Impact of Environment on Me...

Celeste The Therapist
About this episode

stuck in a negative cycle and struggle with getting out. Celeste will interview guests from different backgrounds who empower people in different capacities.

As the host of this podcast episode, I discussed the impact of environment on mental health. I highlighted various environmental factors such as physical conditions, social factors, lack of stimulation, and messy environments that can affect our mental well-being. I emphasized the importance of creating a positive mental health environment by understanding the triggers, implementing strategies, establishing boundaries, seeking professional help, and prioritizing mental health in all aspects of life. I encouraged listeners to be disciplined in maintaining their mental health environment for long-term well-being and to prioritize self-care by exposing themselves to positive information and reframing their mindset. Ultimately, I emphasized the power of belief in oneself and the ability to make positive changes starting from the present moment.
