Slow down,
And breathe.

Listen for the silence.
The calming hum of the absence of noise,
Of requests,
Of thoughts,
Of tasks,
Of responsibilities,
Of worries.
Feel them all melt away from you with every exhale,
As you sit here,
Calm within the silence.
