What is a Subject Matter Expert (SME)?

Business analysis professionals often use the term "SME." What is it? That's the abbreviation for the phrase "subject matter expert." SMEs are important to the work identifying and solving problems. In this episode Scott and Susan define the term and talk about how subject matter experts are used to help with projects.
