I explore the science of motivation, and how in addition to intrinsic motivation, there are 3 forms of extrinsic motivation that move us. 

It’s widely known that when we’re intrinsically motivated to do something we’re more effective and energised in doing it, and extrinsic rewards can make us less motivated to do something for its own sake. Well, that has been proven to not be exactly the case.
