She has been in the industry for 20 years specializing in beauty, social commentary and campaigning for more diversity in the beauty industry. She is brand ambassador for Olay Retinol 24 Max and has written for titles such as Vogue, Financial Times, Guardian, Harper's Bazaar, and Glamour to name a few. She was also awarded the CEW 2020 Achiever Award to honor her diversity work for the past 20 years in the beauty industry.
