Natalie Dinning is a mum to two amazing boys and the owner of Lesley’s Sauces - named after her mum - a Caribbean sauce company.
Lesley’s Sauces started out as a family business, originally set up by Natalie’s dad who owned a street food stall at the Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium called The Jerk Kitchen. Her dad wanted to see their Jamaican culture better represented in the local area and at Arsenal football games. It was a big success and had queues all the way down the road. It was a really great hub for the community because they cooked amazing food with passion and love.
Natalie’s mum created their infamous Jerk BBQ Sauce that was used on their stall, alongside her dad’s generations' old family recipes in Jamaica. They were always asked by customers to buy their sauces. Eventually, with her mum's permission, Natalie, along with her dad and brother launched Lesley's Sauces, adapting their family recipes from Jamaica.
Lesley’s Sauces range from mild to hot, adding that touch of flavour to every meal and for every occasion. Natalie says “the flavours are from the hills of Jamaica from our family to yours”.
