Je vais aborder cinq méthodes efficaces et méconnues pour optimiser ta gestion du temps et ainsi gagner des heures précieuses dans ta journée.

Idéal pour ceux qui cherchent à équilibrer un mode de vie actif avec un emploi du temps chargé, cet épisode est une mine d'or de stratégies pratiques.

Nous allons parler des méthodes telles que la libération de la charge mentale en notant les tâches à faire plus tard, l'usage de la Matrice d'Eisenhower pour hiérarchiser efficacement les tâches, la technique d'“Avaler le Crapaud” pour s'attaquer aux défis les plus difficiles en premier, la méthode Pomodoro pour améliorer la concentration et la productivité, et le Time Blocking pour une organisation optimale de la journée.
