Summary of episode: In today's episode we go over the biggest gym mistakes you're probably making and how to avoid them so you can make more progress in the gym. 

Listed points:

1- Too short or too long rest periods

2- Not doing enough of the harder movements - dead’s, squats etc. Just doing curls and quad extensions and chest work

3- Complicating your workouts for no good reason. Supersetting random stuff too much, not allowing for proper overload. Bench and dips example- both done poorly

4- Not actually being consistent enough in the gym. Only going when life is perfect

5- Too much cardio, too little lifting

6- Not progressing with weights and using the same weight forever

7- Not neglecting what you know you need to do
