La tranche horaire du 18-20h est souvent un moment difficile pour ne nombreux parents. Unedeuxième journée commence à la sortie du travail et elle n’est pas toujours un temps de plaisir et de joie partagé avec les enfants : devoirs, bain, diner, brossage de dents, tout s’enchaine et dans un laps de temps assez réduit. Néanmoins, que peut-on mettre en place pour retrouver joie et sérénité afin de passer de bons moments avec ses enfants ?
