#00 - Introduction to Owned and Operated

JOHN WILSON
About this episode

In this episode of Owned and Operated I wanted to give a description of why we're starting this podcast, and what we'll be talking about.

I'm John Wilson, I own a trades business doing about $5MM annually, and am currently buying 1-2 businesses a year.

I'm bringing on my operator, Brandon Niro, to talk about the nitty gritty details of what makes a business function.

You can expect to hear us talk about our largest struggles and problems as we continue to buy and build businesses.
