How many of us find ourselves constantly caught up in the whirlwind of daily life? We wake up early, rush to get our families ready for the day's demands, manage work, juggle household chores, and shuttle our kids from one activity to another. It's overwhelming. It's a never-ending cycle of commitments and responsibilities. I see you, because I've been there too and depending on the week, I openly confess that I very much live out this reality at times too.

 

Today, we are unpacking this layer by layer and talking about intentional things we can do to help change the way we feel…from exhausted and overwhelmed to feeling more rested and present in the day to day… to creating more space…essential space - a space where our souls can be truly fed and replenished. Take a walk around the block or cozy up on the couch and join me for the next few minutes as we uncover simple and effective ways to fill the void so many of us are feeling and find the fulfillment we've been seeking so we can move from feeling tired and burned out to feeling truly aligned and energized within the work that God has called us to.
