The Power of a Child - 191

CONNIE ALBERS
About this episode

Imagine a national holiday tradition, an influence on a U.S. President, and the indirect catalyst for pardoning hundreds in distress - all sparked by the power of a child. Now, what I have revealed is that this extraordinary child was far from perfect.

Described as mischievous, a prankster, and a troublemaker, this less-than-conventional child was also shunned by other children for having a cleft lip. Raymond Arroyo joins me again for a lively conversation about hope, the love of a grieving father, and the joy a child can bring to a family.
