Ep.61 A Masterclass In Defying Stereotyp...

GRACE BEVERLEY
About this episode

Jordan Brompton is the Co-Founder of myenergi, one of the world’s fastest-growing renewable energy technology companies. Building a nine figure green energy company with 400 staff, it’s safe to say myenergi is turning heads in the renewable tech space. The company’s huge success started with the invention of the Zappi-charger, the world’s first solar charger for electric vehicles capable of using 100% renewable energy. It began as an idea over a bottle of wine with her business partner, and now drives tens of millions of sales each year.

However, myenergi’s journey hasn’t always been plain sailing. I wanted to sit down with Jordan to get to the bottom of what it’s really like running an energy company as a woman. We discuss how she has scaled the business herself, the obstacles she faces on a daily basis, and why it’s important to learn your weaknesses, as well as your strengths. Now myenergi’s CMO, Jordan gives a realistic view into the whirlwind of being on the front line of a startup in an often tumultuous industry. I am so excited to share this episode with you!
