E019: Ramadan, A Selfish Month?

OT, Reem, Akkaoui
About this episode
In this week's episode, Irshad brings his brother Nabeel over to join Feras at the Dukkan for the first of four Ramadan episodes. Almost 10 years ago Nabeel immigrated to the UAE and underwent a deep spiritual transformation. This was around the same time when Irshad and Feras were performing as lead MC's for the Hip Hop group ‘Diligent Thought’. Nabeel was at their first gig in fact, at the Irish Village, sporting the beginnings of his beard. Being the academic of the family Nabeel absorbed Islam and changed his entire way of thinking. He shares some of this with us in what will be a two part episode.  Pull up a seat and pass the time. From Dubai to the world; wishing all our listeners a Ramadan Kareem. ---- DUKKAN LINKS:  www.dukkanshow.com Facebook | Instagram | Twitter ---- HOSTS: OT: Instagram | Twitter Irshad: Instagram | Twitter Toofless: SoundCloud ---- NABEEL AZEEZ: Nabeel is a freelance copywriter and the co-founder of Drop Kick Copy, providing conversion copywriting and content marketing services to small marketing agencies. He's also a blogger, public speaker, and the founder of Becoming the Alpha Muslim, writing on men’s issues, masculinity, and self-improvement for the modern Muslim man.  Twitter Facebook  LinkedIn. www.dropkickcopy.com READ: 11 Donald Trump Persuasion Hacks that Taught me Copywriting READ: Do You Even Lift (While Fasting)?
