Laying A Firm Foundation

Dr. Geneva Levey Fleming, PhD, D. Min, LISW-CP, LCSW is a Professor in higher education,
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Ordained Minister. Her 40-year career comprised of leadership positions in Health and Human Services,  where she received
numerous accolades and awards for her exemplary work.  Her knowledge and expertise encompasses personal, professional and leadership advancement, social-emotional competence and strategic management. Dr. G, as she is affectionately known by her students and colleagues, is  an active servant-leader who uses her expertise in organization effectiveness to assist institutions in achieving their accreditation aspirations.  She works with the Global Center
for Systemic Change Outcome Research Evaluation and Development, an international organization whose mission is to renew minds, transform lives and create safer communities. She is a published author and her book, Building on a Firm
Foundation,  Dr. Geneva Levey Fleming is married to Mr. Walter Fleming, Jr. and they have five adult children and five grandchildren. In this episode she discusses the importance of laying a firm foundation in Jesus Christ in order to see excellence in the Body of Christ and in all areas of life.  Dr. Fleming also discusses some of the barriers she faced when attempting to help increase the effectiveness of the body when they are faced with systemic change
