There is a time in your life as an athlete where you have to make the tough decision to finally step away from your sport. When you grow up as an athlete, your entire identity revolves around your sport. Breaking up with your sport is one of the toughest pivots in life to make and we are going to chat all about that today. I share my entire story as an athlete and talk about how difficult that decision was for me to make.
