No rules to grieving with Jah Landis

Peoples Media
About this episode

Today we speak with Jah Landis, musician, artist, entrepreneur, husband, and father to Tiger. Jah walks us through his pause from reality during the pandemic, where he did a major audit on his life and finally grieved the passing of his mother, 2 years prior. He shares his deeply personally journey to creating Jah Mama’s hot sauce, after his mother, and the power derived from trying things out, experimenting and not overthinking. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s moving forward, experiences, and building your own garden.
