I am so excited to have Dr. Laurie Berry as this week’s guest to discuss Support & Connection via Social Media. As women we find ways to stay in community and support one another. Various social media platforms can be helpful for women in higher ed or higher Ed adjacent industries. Laurie used her dissertation to explore the founding of a hashtag for women in higher education. 7 women attended a conference on leadership and used Twitter as a platform for them to connect and they invited women in higher education to join them.
