You can’t outwork your problems

Robyn Jackson
About this episode

We were taught that sometimes you have to stay late at work, or take work home, or work weekends in order to do the job of being a principal.  But Builders realize that there are just some problems you can’t outwork. No matter how much extra time you throw at them, it won’t make a difference. All is not lost, however. You may not be able to outwork every problem, but the good news is that you don’t have to. In today's episode, I’m breaking down the 3 things Builders do to deal with all the problems that crop up each year and NONE of them require that you stay late, take work home, or work weekends. Instead of trying to outwork your problems, you’ll know how to handle them once and for all #LikeABuilder.
