#108 Dr Hazel Wallace: We Are ALL At Ris...

Shivani Pau
About this episode

In 2012, during her time as a medical student, Dr. Hazel Wallace initiated 'The Food Medic' blog with the goal of bridging the divide between traditional medical guidance and the most up-to-date insights in nutrition and various aspects of lifestyle.Since its inception, the blog has expanded its reach across diverse platforms such as social media, books, and a podcast. Dr. Hazel, not only a medical professional but also a certified personal trainer, strongly advocates for exercise as a form of therapeutic intervention. This theme was central to her engaging TEDx talk.

Demonstrating her ongoing commitment to women's health, she recently unveiled her third book, 'The Female Factor: amplifying the significance of women's health and its relevance to each individual.'
