About this episode

This episode considers what parents and carers can do to support the building of resilience in the holidays. Conversations with Linda Brindle (Senior Psychotherapist) and Dr Kelsey Odgers (Clinical Psychologist) cover the opportunities that come with trying new things, the benefits of peer connection and ways to support children and young people with uncertainty. Consideration is given to how young people can be prepared for change including supporting a child’s return to school after a break.
