#91 Loneliness and Anxiety

The Anxiety Dr
About this episode

Feeling lonely even when we have people around us. Dealing with anxiety can make us feel alone. Wanting to find a case with the same exact symptoms as us is sometimes something we look for all the time. This feeling of isolation can make anxiety feel worse, and even bring on some sadness. And we all know this can cause that vicious cycle of worry and fear. Seeking help from a mental health professional is always encouraged, but there are also support groups. Finding people who are going through similar situations can help us feel like we're not alone, giving us a sense of normality.
