Besties don’t let this crown fool you, Morgan is not just a beauty queen - she is also a Chemical Engineer who has a passion for making science, tech, engineering and math education accessible to girls at a younger age and show them that a career in STEM is attainable. Morgan graduated from the University of South Carolina where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering in 2020, and worked full-time as an Application Engineer before taking on the position of Miss North Carolina and Miss USA.

In this episode we get into some real talk advice for your younger self, tips for building your confidence and finding success as a result of self love work... and seriously SO MUCH MORE!
