The Mettleset
About this episode

Hey Guys,

Today, we’ve got a special episode with questions about athlete health that you shared with us on our social platforms.

Dr Kate Jordan, a sports and exercise medicine physician at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai, stayed back after our two-part episode on female athlete health, which you can find here: Part 1 , Part 2 , to answer them.

So, if you ever wondered why and how to top up on your collagen, how to improve your cycling power, supplements you may need as an athlete, or should you train through a niggle, you’ve come to the right place. We have you covered.

We would like to add that this is a general discussion on athlete health and any information in this podcast is for educational purposes only, and does not intend to substitute a personal consultation with a physician, diagnosis or treatment.  If you have any health concerns, please speak to your doctor.

We hope you enjoy the episode!
