Yet, because of how the brain works, much of what you may find yourself focusing on is out of your control. Examples include what other people think, how other people act, what's happening in your neighborhood, and more. While you can influence these things, you can't control them.

 

So, the question becomes, how can you focus back on what you can control so you can show up as your best self in your life? That is what you'll learn in this podcast episode, with real life examples to help you see how to apply this tool to your own life.
