Episode 56!! Seth Morris is a funny dude and The Dumbbells were thrilled to have him in The Weight Room. Morris tells the guys about growing up in Northern California as the son of a hiker/camper and how that made him identify as an outdoorsman for life. Then he tells them about his crazy fitness journey, working at a yoga studio and becoming a Pilates instructor in New York. Last, the Dumbbells give Morris some weight training advice and the group answers listener questions about injuries and their favorite health foods and supplements.
