How YOU Can Install One Excellent Habit ...

I enthusiastically encourage you to start the journey—now—of a single habit that will set you up for 2023 becoming your most healthy, productive and joyful year yet. 

Willpower scientists call this concept “a keystone habit”. The one habit that raises all habits.

Maybe yours will be…

… committing to exercising for an hour every morning.

…or dedicating yourself to studying your craft for an hour each night.

…or taking a digital sabbath, free of technology one day a week.

…or walking 15,000 steps every day. 

…or cleaning up your language so there’s zero victimspeak and total leader talk.

 …or having a family meal without phones three times a week.

 I’m not sure what your “one best habit” will be yet please do remember the idea I’ve been teaching for over 25 years: a 1% improvement every day leads to a 30% improvement within a month and a 365% improvement in a year.

Yes: small daily seemingly insignificant improvements when done consistently over time lead to stunning results.
