Customers Know You Suck with Debbie Levi...

24 Labs
About this episode

24 Minutes of UX has been silent for a while, but we are back! We usually connect Seekers and Givers of UX wisdom around a specific aspect of UX. And in our new sub-series, we focus on a specific book and connect a reader with the author of the book.

The first of these attempts is around the recently published Customers Know You Suck, by Debbie Levitt. You can get your hands on the book at https://cxcc.to/ckys.

Debbie Levitt is the founder and principal of Delta CX, a consulting company. She is also an outspoken leader in UX. She has written several books, the latest of which is Customers Know You Suck.

Jan Wardecki is a service designer working in digital transformation for PNB Paribas bank in Poland. He has a background in economics, marketing, and product management. He has been reading Debbie’s latest book and has questions.

You can find out more about this podcast series and the annual event, 24 Hours of UX, at https://24hoursofux.com.
