In this episode I'm sharing some steps I walk through to figure out what's actually necessary so I can prioritize appropriately. When you have ADHD this can be really challenging because pretty much everything important feels equally important. Why is prioritizing important? Without it, we're going to just follow wherever our squirrelly little heart wants to go next.
