From Engineer to Marketer to Bank Operat...

John Lee Dumas Of Eofire
About this episode

Eugene Nilus Emigrated with his family from Ukraine to San Francisco in 1997 at 19. He started college but didn't finish it. He spent more than 20 years in tech by being an engineer and then marketer. He got involved in Real Estate 3 years ago. After being laid off in the past 5 months, he decided to devote time to grow the hard money lending business. He has been married for 14 years to his wife and raising two great kids.

Top 3 Value Bombs:

1. Do not be afraid to fail. Do not get stuck in education mode and analysis paralysis. Educate yourself a little bit, take action, and surround yourself with people who have already achieved what you want to achieve.

2. There are so many beliefs that got placed in our brains since we were kids that they put false perceptions of what's possible and what's not.

3. If you're starting to think about getting into private money lending, #1 is education, #2 is product, #3 clients, #4 capital and #5 education. Educating yourself more to fill those gaps so it becomes like an infinite loop.
