#790: Ladies that run with Steph. Runnin...

InnerFight
About this episode

In running there is power, in running there is connection, in running there is community, in running there is a safe space....and so the list goes on.

We all have different sporting experiences as kids growing up, some positive and others not so great. One option for the boys was always to kick around a football in the yard, the girls never seemed to have this option. Is this the start of a bad relationship with sport? Was running used too much as a punishment for not being able to do a double back flip in gymnastics?

This week Steph joins us as we tackle these points and many more. We learn the impact of the female cycle on running, the want for a safe space and a place to talk to someone and much more as Steph tells us all about the Ladies Run Club she has built here at InnerFight.

Enjoy the show.
