About this episode
This is an episode we’ve been wanting to do for such a long time. We’ve spoken a bit about our experiences with overeating and our disordered relationships with food, but in this episode we’re speaking to former binge eater turned psychotherapist, Sarah Dosanjh, about the reality of binge eating disorder, learning to be kinder to ourselves, how to recognise it’s a problem for you, and how to take the first steps toward recovery.

It very much became a therapy session for us, so a warning that this episode contains detailed references to eating disorders, particularly binge eating disorder. If you’re struggling with an eating disorder, please visit beateatingdisorders.org.uk. You can also find Sarah’s Youtube channel and podcast here.

We also have some very exciting news - we have a new YouTube channel where you can now WATCH our episodes! So make sure you subscribe there if you want to see our faces (and the bag of dicks…)
