Think about how change in the past has been positive Being mindful of how we label things. Is it under an negative umbrella, like anxiety, or could it be under a positive umbrella, like excitement
Some actions items for you:
What’s a change needs to happen in your near future? Or What’s a change that you’re foreseeing that will happen? How do you feel about it? How can you prepare for it? Walk through the 5 stages and plan it out.
