where and how we all work has changed a lot in the last few years with more and more people working from home but also some going back into the office. then there are those that go the unconventional route and go into the digital space whether it's YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, podcasts, and everything in between. as we've both experienced that 9 to 5 grind and simultaneously growing our podcast and other individual creative ventures (photography, digital content) we wanted to do a deep dive on our view on this debate and which pros outweigh the cons.
