Listen in as Brandy helps her open her awareness to the importance of compassion and letting go of the fear that can have a direct negative impact on your health, happiness, and life. 

Listen in as Brandy shares key insights into how you can shift out of fight/flight responses and step into your own empowerment to release fear and embody compassion.
