Ep 75 - Why Millennial Women Have Such A...

Tinx
About this episode

If you’re a millennial woman and  having a hard time accepting your body, it’s not your fault.  Throughout the ‘90s and early ‘00s women were programmed to believe anything bigger than a size four was considered fat, and were pushed to pursue the “ideal” body type.  Today, Tinx resets your mind as she shares the pressure she felt growing up during the age of diet fads and lack of diverse body representation.  Tinx also calls out a recent NY Post article claiming the ‘90s ultra-thin body trend, “Heroin Chic”, is back…as she makes the point that bodies are not fads!
