Bullied by Mr. Tough Guys: Ezrah's Toxic...

Carleigh J. M.
About this episode

Ezrah’s job is at a plant where management leads with an iron fist and a "Mr. Tough Guy" mentality. He becomes the target of repeated bullying and unsafe work conditions. Although the workplace is toxic, he sticks around for the benefits and higher wages, but like all toxic environments, it eventually takes a toll on his physical and mental well-being.
