#02 - The Dark Side of Yoga w/ Alex Fran...

Kat J
About this episode

Alexander Frank served as an Amy Ranger in counterinsurgency in Afghanistan - one of the most elite groups in the US military. From scientific materialism to full yogi (now, ex yogi), Alex shares how his deep dive into Yoga revealed its dark side. Alex is also a graduate from Yale law school.

In this episode, we discuss Carl Jung and the significance of symbols (even through posture), Yoga's religious roots and the nature of the spirits that are invoked through the practice.
