Today in the HeronCode studio we are joined by Esraa M. Al Sharief. Esraa is a HR leader in Saudi Arabia and the first female Chief People Officer at IKEA Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.

This makes Esraa the only Female C-Suite member amongst her peers. Her first managerial role was at the young age of 24 and she now uses this experience to empower youths of today where she enjoys coaching and giving mentorship.
