Self-Control

MOODY RADIO
About this episode

Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued our new theme: "Discipline Week".  We discussed having self-control, and having self-control that is born in the Spirit.  Do you know self-control has nothing to do with self?  It's all about abiding and the Fruit of the Spirit.  Scripture references were John 15 and Galatians 5:22.  Our special guest was author Drew Dyck.  He is an acquisitions editor with Moody Publishers, and we highlighted his book, "Your Future Self Will Thank You: Secrets to Self-Control from the Bible".  There is a definite connection between brain science and the Bible.  You can hear highlights of the program on the Karl and Crew Showcast.
