Alejandro Grande is a member of the Retail, Management & People Expert Council Spain and Portugal, and performing a Retail career over 17 years at the DIA Group. His last role is Chief Human Resources (CHRO) at the DIA Group in Spain, and previously he was the CEO for DIA Argentina for over 6 years.  Previously he performed as HR, Franchise and Expansion Director and also performed as HR & Franchise Director for over 6 years in Argentina. Previously to his career in DIA, he worked in EXO Consult and EKI Discount stores where he developed his passion for retail.
