She is also the Founder of tgeneration, a platform and a podcast that aims to inspire teenagers in their faith and remind them that no matter what they face, there is hope for a better tomorrow. She believes that her faith in God has kept her going in life, and that the life that she has now is what she prayed for as a teen. To Ioana, life is like a big treasure hunt and God gives us little clues to show us where to go.

She also talks about her passion for helping the community through inspiring teens and young people. Ioana writes novels to inspire the younger generations because values working with the young people and it has been a theme in her life for many years.

Being goal-driven, Ioana discusses how she balances her work and home life. She says, ”everything is a priority, but not everything is a priority today.” She strongly believes that we must find balance in the things that we do as well as enjoy life.
