On episode 187 I am joined by Bethan Laker, director and owner of The Leisure Experts, founding member of the Always Better than Yesterday community and AKA The Blonde Biker.

Bethan is a values driven leader in the swimming industry having held various management and business development positions. After leading and influencing the swimming industry in Ireland throughout the pandemic, she has founded The Leisure Experts with business partner Joni Harding to bring more of their people first, revolutionary approach to an industry that need love, passion and innovation.

Bethan is a motorcyclist (@theblondebiker) and during our conversation we discuss the tragic loss of her best friend Steph to a motorbike accident in April 2022.
