Pain points are caused by a scarcity/poverty mindset which is created by a fixed mindset and limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs are bad belief structure that holds you back and disempower you.
Your mindset is the sum of your knowledge, beliefs and thoughts about how you see the world and yourself in it. It is your filter for receiving and reacting to information.
